vplay.gg is a product of Varygaming, headquartered in Singapore, with operational teams in China and India. Varygaming also owns and operates vplay.games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vplay.gg (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
vplay.gg is an instant-play games platform that lets you discover and play browser-based games, with optional account features such as favourites, recently played history, and personalized recommendations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
- You may browse and play many games as a guest, without creating an account.
- Creating an account requires an email address and password, or signing in with Google or Facebook.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Notify us immediately at info@varygaming.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except as we expressly permit
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
5. Third-Party Games and Content
Many games on the Service are provided by third-party game studios and partners and are embedded or linked from their own platforms. We do not own or control this third-party game content, and it is subject to its own terms where applicable. We curate and review games made available on the Service but are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party game providers.
6. Intellectual Property
The vplay.gg name, logo, and website design are our property or that of our licensors. Games and their assets remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time — see Data Deletion.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vplay.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
