How to request deletion of your vplay.gg account and data

You can request that we delete your vplay.gg account and the personal information associated with it at any time, whether you signed up with email and password, Google, or Facebook.

1. Request deletion by email

Send an email to info@varygaming.com from the email address associated with your vplay.gg account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data — including your email, password hash, display name, linked Google/Facebook identity, favourites, saved games, and gameplay history — within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation once this is complete.

2. If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove vplay.gg's access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook at any time:

• Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
• Find vplay.gg in your list of active apps
• Select Remove

Removing the app revokes vplay.gg's access to your Facebook profile information. To also delete the vplay.gg account itself and its data, please additionally follow the email request process in Section 1 above.

3. If you signed in with Google

You can review and remove vplay.gg's access to your Google account from your Google Account's Third-party apps & services settings. As with Facebook, please also follow the email request process in Section 1 above to delete the vplay.gg account and its data.

4. What gets deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently delete or anonymize:

• Your account record (email, password hash, display name, avatar)
• Any linked Google or Facebook identity
• Your favourites, saved games, and recently played history
• Your AI game-generation history, if any

Some minimal records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
